Certificate of Lay Delegate Guidelines
Note: A Certificate of Lay Delegate will be sent to each of the Governance Authority Secretaries.  Lay Delegates are responsible to send the signed certificate
to the District Office, Attn: Ivy Panacopoulos.

REGISTRATIONS

Hotel: 
Each person is responsible for arranging hotel accomodations while attending District Conference.

Room reservations are billed "per room".  If you would like to have your name posted on a list as a contact to share a room and the cost, please check here:   

District Conference:

If you are attending District Conference as an Official Worker, Lay Delegate, Corresponding Delegate (spouse or guest), each person must submit a registration.  

Registration Cost per person: $145.00.
Registration includes District Conference registration fee, Celebratioin Banquet Monday evening, Lunches & Evening Social Events on Tuesday & Wednesday.  Dinner on Tuesday/Wednesday is not provided.
